Client Responsibilities

You represent that you have authority to request services for the property and to allow aerial capture. You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions from property owners, tenants, HOAs, or site operators unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Safety and Operational Limitations
Drone operations are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, safety considerations, equipment limitations, and legal requirements. We may reschedule, modify, or cancel operations if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.
Compliance
We operate with an emphasis on compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We may decline services that would require unlawful operations or unsafe conduct.
Deliverables and Professional Disclaimer
Deliverables are informational and are not a substitute for licensed engineering, roofing, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions made using deliverables. We do not guarantee deliverables will identify every defect, hazard, or issue.
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
