About Drone Nation

Aerial Asset Intelligence for Property Decision-Makers

Drone Nation gives the people who manage, budget for, and answer for California properties better visibility into exterior conditions — property managers, owners, HOA boards, facilities teams, commercial stakeholders, and public agencies across the Highway 99 corridor and statewide enterprise engagements by scope.

Know the asset before it costs you

The Drone Nation Model

The new Drone Nation model is simple:

Document Visible Exterior Conditions

Record observable site conditions that impact maintenance, risk, and performance.

Capture the Property Clearly

Gain a clear visual understanding of the property and its exterior assets.

Deliver an Intelligent Report

Provide decision-makers with insights that support informed action.

Organize the Findings

Structure collected data into a clear and actionable format.

Drone Nation focuses on exterior assets that property teams are responsible for managing, maintaining, budgeting, explaining, and protecting.

That includes roofs, building exteriors, drainage areas, pavement, parking lots, common areas, rooftop equipment zones, mechanical service areas, exterior project areas, and other visible site conditions that affect maintenance, risk, cost, and asset performance.

This is not about cool drone pictures.

This is about decision-grade visibility.

Who We Serve

Drone Nation is built for property and asset decision-makers responsible for managing, maintaining, and protecting exterior assets.

Commercial Owners & Asset Managers

Retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use owners protecting asset value and planning capital.

HOA Boards & Community Managers

Board packets, reserve planning support, shared-asset documentation, and owner communication.

Facilities Teams

Safe, efficient operations with documented exterior conditions instead of guesswork.

Municipal & Public Property Teams

Public-sector documentation for community assets, facilities, hardscape, lighting, and vendor accountability.

Brokers, Leasing, Risk & Ownership

Walkways, Site Structures & Common Areas

Pedestrian pathways, fencing, gates, amenities, trash areas, common areas, and site improvements.

Vendor & Project Verification

Parking Lots & Pavement

Pavement, hardscape, walkways, drainage patterns, lighting, striping visibility, and surface conditions.

Experience Behind Every Report

Drone Nation is led by Robert Taylor, an FAA Part 107 licensed drone operator with more than 30 years of experience in insurance, claims investigations, property documentation, construction cost review, and exterior condition analysis.

That experience shapes every report we deliver.

We do more than capture aerial images and hand over a collection of photos. Each inspection is conducted with a focus on property risk, maintenance visibility, documentation quality, vendor accountability, and practical decision making.

Our reports are organized, easy to understand, and designed to help property owners, managers, insurers, and stakeholders take action with confidence.

Most drone companies split the work — one person flies, and someone who has never seen the property writes the report. Drone Nation does not break that chain. Whoever flew your building reviews the imagery, classifies the findings, and signs the report. If we do not fly it, we do not report it.

Use Drone Nation when you need more than pictures.

Use Drone Nation when you need inspection-grade aerial documentation, organized reporting, thermal or mapping capability where scoped, and decision-ready exterior asset intelligence for property, insurance, contractor, capital, municipal, or portfolio decisions.
